Please be considerate of our time when cancelling. We know emergencies come up and sometimes a last minute phone call may be necessary.

Daily dog walks/drop in visit cancellation requires 24hr notice

Boarding and pet sitting cancellation requires 14 day notice
What equipment does my dog need in order for you to walk him?

We require a dog wear a well-fitted collar with ID attached and have a leash. We suggest a martingale collar or harness for safety, since there is less chance of them backing out of those should they get spooked. A slip leash, Easy Walk Harness or Freedom Harness are suggested for dogs with less perfect leash manners.
Do I have to give you a key and where do you store it?
My dog’s shots aren’t up to date. Will you still walk him?
Is Barkies open 365 days a year?
Are you insured and bonded?

A 25% deposit is required to reserve dates for boarding and pet sitting services.

Cancellations made prior to 14 days of the start date will be issued a refund. This will be subject to credit card fees incurred.
If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the start date a refund WILL NOT be issued.
